do i think playing video games can raise IQ or make your brain work better if your at an older age?(above 60) i hounestly do beleave that it does help your brain to work better, depending on the game your playing and how long you play it at a time. like playing a simple game like a sports game probubly will not do as much as if your playing a indepth game such as the complex game of world of warcraft.

2/28/12 morality
Ezik- morality 50 years ago was way different from now. people lack respect. things that werent popular back then are now popular. there are people who teach morals then there are people who dont(free thinkers).

the article asks if a persons facebook can show and or predict what kind of employee they will be. i think it can because its a direct reflection of that person. studies show that looking at a job applicant's Facebook page can be useful for employers. Facebook can show a lot of information that it would be illegal for an employer to ask a employee. like a person's gender, race, age and whether they have a disability might be shown on their Facebook. other studies show that 90% of employers use face book to gain information on potential employers.

i wouldn't like apologizing for 30 consecutive days but if it was that or 60 days in jail and a 500 fine then I'm definitely going to apologize to her. i may not like it but i would do that before i would spent 60 days in jail. i actually think its a little childish to apologize more then once, because the 29th or 30th apologia isn't going to mean anymore than the 1st or 2nd or the 3rd.

personally i think its hilarious that she fell down texting and walking. people who text and walk think its other peoples fault when they run into them. the average text imares your vision for an average of 5 seconds. with that being said if you don't have enough common sense to use your peripheral vision then its absolutely hilarious when people run into things.

i agree with the voter ID law(s). i think its a good thing that they check your id. i think that if you have to be carded to buy alcohole, cigeretts, lottory tickets, ect; then you should be carded for something thats could possibly effect the entire united states of amarica.

I don't think the boy's parents should have had to go to prison. Its not their fault that they didnt have the money to take care of him, even tho its there resposibility. i mean the boy died how much more do the parents have 2 suffer.? not fair. what about thier daughter?
2/16/12
i dont agree with this because if they "crack down" on privacy and trading and pirated sites then things like creigs list n things like that would be shut down enableing people to buy cars. so if they do this it could have a butterfly affect.

emily, justic, kyle: agree, if the price of healthy food was lower more people would buy it.
daniel, bobbie, justin: disagree, no one would want to eat healthy food if they are out buying unhealthy food.
lee, travis, bennie: agree, i would not mind eating something that fills me up and has less calories compared to something that has more calories and still get the same amount.
izek, justin; Agree, its benificial to everyone and not just the obise.
amanda, shannon: disagree, because you wouldent be able to identify a constant diet. it could be harmful to your health.

i believe this was an accident, because i used to live in Ohio near an Amish country and they are very nice, respectful, and obviously old fashioned. but the man whom shot the gun on accident has the right to have it under the 2nd amendment. this was just an unfortunate accident.

in the article i just read "Citizens have a right to record police in action" it tells how the police were being recorded when making arrests and responding to calls, by civilians. in my opinion i don't think that people should recorded anyone who doesn't wanna be taped. on the other hand i also don't think the police should be able to take your phone, camera, or whatever you might be recording with and delete your videos and or pictures, because it could be an invasion of privacy and an illegal search an seizure.

in some cases i do agree with the death penalty. but at the same time i do not agree with it, so I'm kind of torn on this matter. i think if the person killed someone else on purpose then they should get the death penalty, but at the same time by giving them that death penalty, it makes us the same way. i think the ONLY reason we should use the death penalty is on a man or woman who has committed murder, purpose. other than that i dont think it should be used at all.

in the first article i completely agree with not giving up your password. it is a violation of the fifth amendment. if it needs a password then you don't want people in it for a reason. as for the second article, i think that is just completely wrong n who ever did it should b arrested. one becuse it could be considered stalking, child pornography(if the person was naked), invasion of privacy, not to mention its illegal to wiretap.

County Cleerk Donald Whiten and Lincoln County Sheriff Jerry Bowman are pleading guilty to charges of voter fraud. There was an unusual amount of absentee votes in Lincoln County and it raised suspicion. They handed out the ballots and even marked them for some people. They are pleading guilty, and facing 10 years in jail and a $250,000. Bowman is pleading guilty to "conspiracy against rights" and Whiten is pleading guilty to lying to an investigator with the Secretary of State's office.

Pros of the texting bill: safe roads, increased focus, lower death rates, less accidents, and hospitalizations.
Cons of the texting bill: i honestly can not think of how this bill could be bad.
