the police attached a GPS to a persons car and tracked were he went and what he did for 4 weeks in order to get a conviction bt was later overtured due to the right of the 4th amendment.
i think it was good that the case was overturned because of the 4th amendment. if the police would have got a conviction from that it would have gave police departments all over the right to do that witch still is not right by any means.
